Key Responsibilities

As Vice President of Ambulatory Care, your duties will include:

  • Enforcing and implementing UMG and Union Health policies regarding physician services.
  • Serving as a liaison between Union Health, Union Hospital, and UMG.

  • Performing other responsibilities assigned by the CEO or Vice President for Physician and Ancillary Services.

Required Qualifications

  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.).
  • Board-certified practicing physician, with willingness to obtain Indiana licensure if not already held.
  • Minimum of 10 years clinical experience with leadership exposure.
  • Experience in administration and understanding challenges across multiple specialties.
  • Demonstrated success in guiding clinicians and organizations toward integration.
  • Experience developing and implementing organizational standards of care.
  • Knowledge of Value-Based Care and integrated delivery systems.
