Pediatrics Jobs in the US at Trinity Health: Physician-led and accountable 500+ provider multispecialty group, is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician to join a growing group in Nampa, Idaho.
The chosen candidate will join an established, busy three-physician, a one-APP practice that provides excellent care in a collaborative setting. Enjoy a comprehensive general pediatric practice that includes wellness and same-day sick visits, chronic disease management, school and sports physicals, acute illness and injuries, and so on. If needed, inpatient nursery/newborn care is available.
The provider will ensure that all established policies, procedures, and guidelines used in the medical treatment facility are followed and will request timely consultation or referral with appropriate physicians, clinics, or other health resources as indicated.
This position requires a traditional work week, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 34 patient contact hours per week. One week at a time, call 1:3.
The qualified candidate will be passionate about health issues and will be able to demonstrate comprehensive assessment skills, expert clinical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Prerequisites:
- Degrees of Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
- Successful completion of an accredited Pediatric residency program that has been board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP) or the American Osteopathic Board of Pediatrics (AOBP), or the ability to obtain within three years of employment.
- Current, unrestricted Idaho medical license or the ability to obtain valid controlled substance registration with the Idaho Board of Pharmacy and the DEA
