  • Application form
  • A certified copy of your passport as proof of your country, with at least six months left on it.
  • A verified copy of your transcript.

  • Proof that you can speak and write English well:
  • Original proof that you can speak and write English well, like an IELTS score of at least 6.0 or a TOEFL paper test with a score of 500 or an internet-based test with a score of 70; or
  • Applicants who are getting degrees where English is used as the main language of teaching may also be accepted (but they must show proof).
  • Has a doctor’s note saying that they are in great health. The applicant is responsible for paying for the physical exam.
  • Scholars must go to the chosen higher education institutions full-time to study for graduate programs (please see List of Universities).
  • People who have gotten offer letters from universities in Malaysia but haven’t started school yet or who have only registered for one semester of a Master’s degree program can apply.
