  • Documents that prove admission, like an acceptance letter, an entrance letter, etc. You only need to upload the enrollment document if the student is already signed up for graduate school.
  • Please write in the most likely date that is shown in the “web application system” if the letter of acceptance or admission is not ready by April 30, 2024. Send it to the HISF office by email as soon as it’s ready. Keep in mind that you won’t be able to log in to the web application system after April 30, 2024.
  • Even if the documents say “Confidential” or “Invalid if opened,” open all of them so you can send them as PDF files through the “scholarship web application system.”
