Eligibility Criteria

When registering online for the HEC Moroccan Government Scholarship, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Be a citizen of Pakistan or AJK and live there permanently. No one with two nationalities will be allowed in.
• The chosen scholar will be able to start his or her studies in Moroccan universities in September or October 2024, when the new school year starts.
• For an undergraduate study, you need at least 12 years of schooling (FSC or A-level). 19–23 years old.
• A Master’s program requires at least 16 years of education in the right areas.
• Admission to a Ph.D. program at an appropriate Moroccan university requires at least 18 years of study in the field.
• The application can’t get any other scholarships at the same time.
• The university in Morocco has other standards that applicants must meet.
• The candidate must not have been kicked out of the Kingdom of Morocco before because of a crime.
• Communication is done in French, and students who don’t know enough French have to take a language course in their first year. If they do well in the language course, they can then participate in a degree program. In a language school, you can’t repeat anything. Linguistics, Arabic literature, and Islamic studies are all taught in Arabic, so people who want to work in these areas must learn Arabic.​
