Riverhills Neuroscience is looking for a seasoned Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join its team in Cincinnati, Ohio. Riverhills is the region’s largest independent provider of comprehensive neuroscience care, offering complete diagnosis, education, treatment, and rehabilitation for people suffering from nervous system diseases and injuries. Riverhills has four locations and employs over 170 people in the Cincinnati and northern Kentucky areas.
Riverhills treats all neurological conditions, including Multiple Sclerosis, Alzheimer’s Disease, Movement Disorders, Parkinson’s Disease, Epilepsy, Seizure Disorders, Stroke, Headache, Peripheral Neuropathy, Motor Neuron Diseases, and Sleep Disorders.

We are currently looking for an experienced COO to join our expanding team
The ideal candidate will have 7 to 15 years of senior/executive-level practice management experience with a multi-specialty independent practice of at least 10 to 20 physicians. Experience working in a growing and expanding practice is preferred. Previous Neuroscience experience is not required but is preferred. Because this is a newly created position, the ideal candidate should have the desire, credentials, and experience to take on even more duties and responsibilities in the future.
A bachelor’s degree is required, as well as the necessary experience. Candidates must have demonstrated successful leadership experience, including the ability to work independently as well as strong collaboration and communication skills. A high level of integrity, exceptional physician relationship skills, and problem-solving ability are also required. Building a team, coaching, and mentoring are also required.
