• 10 years of experience teaching or doing research at a well-known university or postgraduate school, or work experience at a reputable national or international group.
• Or, 5 years of teaching or research work after getting your PhD.
• There should be at least 10 study papers published in reputable journals, with at least 4 of them coming out in the last 5 years.

2. Assistant Professor (BPS-19) – Media & Communication Studies

• Qualifications:
• PhD in the relevant field from an HEC-recognized institution.
• Experience is not mandatory.

3. Assistant Professor (BPS-19) – Fine Arts

• Qualifications:

• PhD in the appropriate field or an MS or MPhil from a school recognized by the HEC.
• With a PhD, you don’t need any experience; with an MS or MPhil, you need 4 years of teaching or research experience.

4. Lecturer (BPS-18) – Various Subjects

• Subjects Include:
• English, Business Studies, Genetics, Statistics, Economics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Sindhi, Education, Microbiology, Pakistan Studies, Media & Communication Studies.
• Qualifications:

• Must have a first-class MS/MPhil or an equivalent degree from a school approved by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
• There is no third level in school.
• For Media and Communication Studies, we prefer applicants who know how to write scripts and use audio and video equipment.

Non-Teaching Positions

1. Director Procurement (BPS-20)

• Qualifications:

• Supply chain management with an MBA, BE, or Master’s.
• People with SPPRA or PPRA licenses are preferred.
• At least 12 years of work in the field, with at least one year spent in BPS-19.
• Knowledge of laws, rules, and tools for purchasing things.

2. Secrecy Officer (BPS-17)

• Qualifications:

• At least a second-class master’s degree.
• At least four years of experience in administration, ideally in college exams.

3. Horticulturist/Plantation Officer (BPS-17)

• Qualifications:

• MS (Horticulture) or B.Sc. (Hons) in Horticulture with at least a 3.0 GPA or a first-class grade.
• At least four years of experience in the field, including understanding of how to set up a plantation or nursery.

4. Computer Programmer/Developer (BPS-17)

• Qualifications:

• MS or BS in computer science, IT, or software engineering with at least a 3.0 GPA or a first-class grade.
• At least four years of experience making software.
• Know how to use PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other tools well.

5. Protocol Officer (BPS-17)

• Qualifications:

• Degree or B.Com with at least a second-class grade.
• At least four years of work at a well-known university or organization.
• Strong relationship skills, the ability to set priorities, and the ability to deal with guests.

6. Assistant Director QEC (BPS-17)

• Qualifications:

• MBA/MS with first-class or 3.0 CGPA from an HEC-recognized institution.
• Minimum 4 years of teaching or QEC experience.
• Knowledge of university and QEC systems.
