- You are not a citizen of the EEA, and you are responsible for paying the institution’s tuition price;
- You are a very successful student in comparison to the requirements of your institution;
- You are interested in pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree with a full-time schedule at Erasmus University Rotterdam;
- You did not graduate from an educational facility located in the Netherlands and receive a diploma;
- You have never attended a Dutch educational institution on the level of a full-time student working toward a degree of any kind;
- You are only eligible to win the Holland Scholarship once if you attend Erasmus University;
